BERKELEY, Calif. – It is officially that time of the year to start looking at the Heisman trophy odds with college football just under one month out from Week 0.

JKS should be at the top of everyone’s list on California prop betting sites in the preseason. The lefty QB impressed as a true freshman last season with 3,454 yards, 19 passing touchdowns, and nine interceptions. He also added four scores on the ground.
Cal went heavy in the transfer portal, specifically on the offense around Sagapolutele, with the additions of four-star receivers Chase Hendricks and Ian Strong. Cooper Perry is another transfer receiver to watch as he and JKS shined in the Cal spring game.
With over 3,400 yards in his first year, the expectations of a Heisman are not far off, even for his age.
Oklahoma State QB, Drew Mestemaker, +6000
Drew Mestemaker will become a household name by the end of the 2026-27 college football season, so buying into his stock low is the way to go. He led the nation in passing yards (4,379) and was second in total passing TDs (34), also with just nine interceptions last year at North Texas.
Oklahoma State head coach Eric Morris made the jump from North Texas to Oklahoma State and took Mestemaker along. Mestemaker did not make the transfer alone with three of his top-5 receivers, including his WR1 Wyatt Young (1,264 yards, 10 TDs), also making the jump along with one of the best running backs in the country, Caleb Hawkins.
Between the familiarity with the offense around him, a top-25 transfer class coming in to Stillwater, and his extremely high ceiling, it’s hard to ignore the profit on Oklahoma betting sites for his Heisman odds.
Louisville QB, Lincoln Kienholz, +10000
At +10000, how can someone not take a look at Lincoln Kienholz’s Heisman odds? Kienholz is finally getting his shot as QB1 after two years at Ohio State. The former 4-star recruit has played limited snaps with just 36 career pass attempts for 250 yards and a touchdown.

This is an offense that averaged nearly 30 points last season and just under 400 yards per game. Expect Kienholz to be one of the top QBs in the ACC.
