Given the massive lack of competition for the Irish this season, college football prop betting sites are leaning heavily on an undefeated season in which they have +160 odds to do and an 11.5-win total.

They’ll also only play four true road games next season, with six games played at home and two neutral-site games. Their neutral-site games might as well be home games, and this is one of the best traveling fan bases in all of college football.
The Challenges
There are three clear tests on this schedule, though. On the road against BYU and at home against Miami and SMU. The three combined for a 34-9 record last season, and all are threats for deep runs this season.
BYU was the Big 12 runner up last season and the number-three defense in the conference as well. Miami needs no introduction, coming off a run to the National Championship game, and its strong transfer portal class is going into this year. SMU returns one of the top QBs in the country as well, in Kevin Jennings, who is coming off his second straight 3,000+ yard season.
