Free Picks, Predictions, Odds For Ole Miss vs Florida CFB

  • Ole Miss has -625 odds on the moneyline, while Florida is a large underdog at +430 odds.

OXFORD, Miss. – When the Florida Gators travel as two-touchdown underdogs to Ole Miss on Saturday, they will be in familiar territory. This is now the fifth game since the start of the 2023 season where the Gators are about a two-touchdown dog on the road (0-4, 2-2 ATS).

Likewise, this is the sixth game this season that Ole Miss is a two-touchdown favorite at home, though only one was against an SEC opponent (South Carolina on November 1). While the Rebels won and covered the spread, it's the closest game we have to handicap this matchup at CFB sportsbooks.

Kewan Lacy Prop Bets

After Florida allowed two Kentucky Wildcat running backs to rush for 92+ yards, many might be quick to expect the same. However, 65 yards from Dante Dowdell came on one rush in the 4th quarter.

Now, the rushing prop bet for Kewan Lacy against Florida is set at 94.5 yards. But the Gators held Seth McGowan to 92 yards on 22 carries. Add in the fact that Ole Miss has been decreasing their rushing percentage, and it seems safer to take the under.

Percentage of Rush Plays For Ole Miss

  • Season Average: 55.22%
  • Last 3 Games: 51.40%
  • Last Game: 68%

Still, keep in mind that Lacy dropped 167 rushing yards against South Carolina, so it's a difficult under to accept. Those who still want action on Kewan Lacy props at sportsbooks in Mississippi to bet on college football should look at his odds to score two touchdowns (+120).

While this may seem like a difficult ask, he's done it in 5 of 10 games this year. Also, Lacy's odds to score one touchdown or more are -625, which could be a good parlay addition but a hard sell.

J. Michael Sturdivant Prop Bets

For Florida, J. Michael Sturdivant has been involved all season and college football props on him are set at 32.5 receiving yards. Consistently getting 2-3 catches over the last five conference games, Sturdivant has eclipsed this number three times. However, the last two fell just short (21 and 29 yards).

Though Sturdivant didn't beat his prop bet, his involvement late in the Georgia game and consistently throughout the Kentucky game offers good expectations. Keep in mind this is a guy who averaged four catches for 54 yards in his sophomore and junior seasons - he's definitely capable of having a breakout.
