PITTSBURGH – With the 2025 NFL Draft officially in the rearview, we now turn our focus to the odds for the 2026 NFL Draft and who is going to be selected with the first overall pick.
NFL Draft odds on college football prop betting sites immediately went up following the conclusion of the 2025 draft. Leading the way with the shortest odds of being selected first overall is Texas Longhorns QB, Arch Manning.
2026 NFL Draft Odds – First Overall Pick
- Arch Manning +200
- Drew Allar +225
- Garrett Nussmeier +450
- Cade Klubnik +1800
- T.J. Parker +2500
- Keldric Faulk +2500
- Caleb Downs +2500
- LaNorris Sellers +3000
- Carson Beck +3000
- Jayden Maiava +3500
It’s no surprise that Manning has the shortest odds to be selected first overall with the amount of hype and media coverage that he’s gained since coming into college football. The upcoming season will be his first year as the starting QB and many consider him to have the highest ceiling of all quarterbacks in the country.
Joining Manning close behind is Penn State quarterback, Drew Allar, who will have four years of experience with three as a starter on a contending Penn State team. Allar has recorded nearly 6,000 yards and 49 touchdowns in two years as a starter prior to the 2025-26 season.
Garrett Nussmeier and Cade Klubnik round out the top-four shortest odds and the only players with odds under +2000 to be the first overall pick on college football betting sites.
Past Number One Picks
It’s a safe bet to make that one of these four quarterbacks will be the first overall pick in 2026, especially for Manning and Allar’s case as this is a QB heavy draft at the top. A QB has also been taken first overall more often than not in the NFL Draft with the last three and seven of the last eight being QBs as well.
