  • Zachariah Branch has -106 odds to go over 59.5 receiving yards.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The annual Florida vs. Georgia game in Jacksonville is set for Week 10. After what was an eventful week of changes for the Gators, it’s hard to see why the spread for this one is as close as it is.

College football prop betting sites are leaning towards the Dawgs in this one, however, it isn’t as heavily favored towards them as some might’ve expected. Especially given the fact that this is the first game being played for the Gators since firing Billy Napier as their head coach.

Team Moneyline Spread Total
#5 Georgia -280 -7 (-115) Over 50.5 (-105)
Florida +230 +7 (-105) Under 50.5 (-115)

Georgia should have no problems winning and covering a touchdown margin in this one with how they’ve been playing this season. They’re going into Week 10 with a 6-1 record and 4-1 record in SEC play. They’ve won three of their four SEC games covering a -7-point spread, and each of them came in their last three outings as well.

It’s a different story for Florida as they’re going into this one 3-4 overall and have lost three of their four games by 10+ point margins.

Looking at the numbers on offense, Georgia has a +11.3 ppg scoring advantage over the Gators as they average 33.7 ppg on the year compared to Florida’s 22.4. Overall on the season, Georgia has a +14.1 average winning margin over their opponents.

Best Player Prop: Zachariah Branch Over 59.5 Receiving Yards

Zachariah Branch Total Receiving Yards

  • Over 59.5 -106
  • Under 59.5 -124

Georgia CFB betting sites might have left some yards off the board here for Branch, leaving bettors a great opportunity at some value.

Branch has seen his receiving yard totals rise in each of the last three weeks, with his last two outings go for 57+ yards and 8+ receptions each.

The Florida secondary does sit in the bottom half of the SEC in terms of pass/receiving yards allowed this season, at 219.9 yards allowed. In seven games this season, Florida has allowed eight total receivers to go over the 59.5 receiving yard mark.
