- Tawee Walker has +105 odds to score a touchdown vs. Nebraska.
- There are +160 odds for Dane Key to score a touchdown vs. Cincinnati.
- Nyziah Hunter has +225 anytime touchdown odds.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – We’ll get our first look at Patrick Mahomes’ doppelganger, Dylan Raiola, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Thursday as they take on the Cincinnati Bearcats from Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
With that, we’re looking into the anytime touchdown odds for the game, and there is some questionably longer odds set for some key players on college football prop betting sites. We’re focusing on three players in Cincinnati running back, Tawee Walker, and Nebraska receivers Dane Key and Nyziah Hunter.
Tawee Walker (+105) Continues Finding The Endzone
Tawee Walker has no business having plus money odds to score a touchdown here. Last season, while at Wisconsin, he was the Badgers leading touchdown scorer on the year with 10. He’s going to be a busy man on Thursday as Cincinnati is predominantly a run first team with Corey Kiner seeing 204 attempts last season.
Given Walkers’s touchdown mentality and Cincinnati’s run first offense, he should get plenty of opportunities to find the endzone.
Dane Key (+160) & Nyziah Hunter (+225) Make Impacts In Debut
Nebraska addressed its lack of passing touchdowns through the portal with the additions of Dane Key and Nyziah Hunter. Last season, Raiola tossed just 13 touchdowns, with eight of them going to Isaiah Neyor and Jahmal Banks, who are both no longer there.
Starting with Hunter, he had a very impactful freshman season for Cal, where he finished with five touchdowns and is expected to take a massive step forward as the “X” receiver for this offense, making his +225 odds on CFB sportsbooks extremely valuable.
As for Dane Key, yes, he is coming off of a career low two touchdown year at Kentucky, however, he is a natural TD scorer with 14 for his career. Also, his 6’3 frame towers over the Cincinnati secondary, that doesn’t have a player over six-foot.
