LOS ANGELES – Week 4 college football continues with a primetime 7:30 p.m. EST game in the Big Ten between the #20 Oregon Ducks and #12 USC Trojans. This is Oregon’s first conference game of the season, while USC is coming off a win over Rutgers in Week 3.
College football prop betting sites give Oregon a slight 3-point advantage on the spread. This comes even after Oregon’s early struggles and USC thriving on offense as well as playing at home.

USC Getting Plus Money At Home + Fireworks In The Making
It’s hard not to seriously consider USC on California sportsbooks with the way they’ve been playing and how Oregon has looked to start the season. Either Oregon took a clear step back to start the season, or it’s taking them some time to get things going.
The Ducks saw a scare in Week 1 to Boise State, winning 34-27 as 24.5-point favorites, and lost outright in Week 2 to Oklahoma State as 24.5-point favorites again. They followed up the rough first two weeks with a blowout 84-0 win over Portland State, where they totaled 726 yards of offense, which inflated their season totals.
For the season, Oregon is averaging 49.7 points and 506 offensive yards per game. Excluding Week 3, those totals drop to 389 yards and 32.5 points.
In those two games, the defense allowed 33 ppg and 414 total yards, broken up by 165 rushing yards and 249 passing yards. Those numbers will not cut it against this USC offense. For the season, the Trojans are putting up 43 points and 500.3 yards per game, including 324.8 passing yards and 175.5 rushing yards.
Those numbers showed in Week 3 against Rutgers where they totaled 42 points and 461 yards of offense. The only concern is that they allowed 460 yards and 35 points.
Between USC’s offensive numbers, the lack of defense on both sides, and Oregon’s early struggles, it’s worth a light risk at least on USC to cover +3 and over the 62.5-point total.
