FARGO, N.D. – In Week 0 of college football, North Dakota State will host its first FBS opponent as an FBS football program since making the move from the FCS this offseason. Jacksonville State makes the trip to the Fargo Dome in Week 0.
College football prop betting sites are buying the hype on the Bison early on as they go in as a touchdown favorite to win at home. There’s also a 46.5-point game total set.

Growing Pains
In reality, this is North Dakota State’s biggest test at home against an FBS opponent and a solid one at that. Jacksonville State returns several starters from its 8-4 regular season, which included a trip to the CUSA Championship and a bowl game win. Most notably, QB Caden Creel is back and is one of the premier dual-threat QBs, finishing with 1,514 pass yards, 1,075 rush yards, and 16 total touchdowns.
The Gamecocks kept things reasonably close last season as well, with four of its five losses coming at or within a touchdown spread on Alabama prop betting sites and all on the road as well.
It’s easy to jump on the Bison to cover at North Dakota sportsbooks considering they went undefeated in the regular season and covered a touchdown margin in all but one game. There are key factors to stay cautious, though.
