Marshall Beat Down On Coastal Carolina

Marshall Vs. Coastal Carolina

  • Moneyline: Marshall (-200) vs. Coastal Carolina (+170)
  • Spread: Marshall -5
  • Total: 54

On paper, Marshall should easily run away with this one on both offense and defense, making the 5-point spread on college football sportsbooks an easy cover for the Thundering Herd.

Offensively, Marshall ranks second overall in the conference, putting up 35.1 ppg, which is a massive +16.1 margin over Coastal Carolina and their second-worst 19 ppg.

Marshall is also 4-3 going into this one, with two of their three losses came by a field goal margin or less. Also, three of their four wins have also been by 14+ points.

On the defensive side, Marshall shouldn’t have any issues containing the Chanticleers' offense that averages just 306.9 offensive yards per game, with 171.1 of those yards coming in the run game. Marshall allows the third least amount of rushing yards per game to opponents at 137.3.

  • Pick: Marshall -5

Bank On Points For Tulane, UTSA

Tulane Vs. UTSA

  • Moneyline: Tulane (-175) vs. UTSA (+150)
  • Spread: Tulane -3.5
  • Total: 55.5

This matchup absolutely screams points as both UTSA and Tulane combine for 57.9 ppg on offense and allow 53.2 ppg combined on defense.

Getting more into their defensive numbers, they allow teams to fly up and down the field on them, as they both allow over 380 yards of total offense to their opponents. They do each reciprocate with 380+ yards per game on offense themselves.

From a betting standpoint, each of them are also leaning toward the over as well. UTSA is 5-2 in hitting their overs this season with a +3.5 average margin. This marks UTSA’s second lowest point total of the season.

As for Tulane, they’ve seen three of their last six games go over 55.5 points. They have also seen one team score at least 26+ points in five of their seven games this season.

  • Pick: Over 55.5
